Shipping policy

Canadian orders will be shipped via a variety of couriers. US orders will be shipped via Canada Post. All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival to the country, and will be paid by the customer. Duty, taxes and additional importing fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Non-Delivered items or packages held at customs will not be the responsibility of JB Naturals Skincare Company. Free shipping only applies to customers from Canada and the US and has a minimum purchase of $130 CA.

Shipping Policies:
Orders take approximately 1-5 business days to process -- please add this time to the estimated shipping times. If there is a delay due to high volume we will notify you. NOTE: Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be charged a 3% transaction fee.

Please double check your address information as additional charges may apply. You will be charged our actual shipping costs to and from your shipping address if shipping is refused, incorrect address used, failed delivery or address has been changed. We are not responsible if product that is not returned as a result of an incorrect address unless we are the cause of the error.

 

In the event of a Canada Post strike, which is the provider we use under normal circumstances, all orders will be shipped with UPS or DHL. Canada Post offers the most affordable shipping to the U.S. but if we cannot use it during a strike, shipping rates temporarily will be higher as the rates with other couriers are higher. However, free shipping still applies to orders over $130 CAN so take advantage! If UPS is used as a shipping courier, in most cases, they require a Power of Attorney for American orders and will contact you via phone/email to represent you at customs for your package to cross the border.

We currently ship orders using Canada Post, as this courier offers the most reliable service and prepaid duties and customs handling, helping to reduce delays and unexpected fees for our customers.

Due to ongoing changes in international tariffs, customs regulations, and import fees, shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Any applicable duties, taxes, or tariffs are calculated at checkout when possible. By Canada Post, we aim to ensure that duties are prepaid upfront whenever available, minimizing surprises upon delivery.

Please note that customs processing times are outside of our control and may occasionally cause delays, especially during peak seasons or periods of regulatory change.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or courier disruptions.
